Relaxed, quiet, very clean,helpful staff

Although it was a bank holiday we went to bar early evening and it was all closed we wasn't told of this

I have stayed her a few times and will continue to book here when the need arises. The room was very nice, clean and had everything I need for a 2 night stop over. The staff are a credit to Hoggs Head as they are nothing but nice to talk to and nothing seems a problem. The food was as usual excellent and the Beer Dinner was first class. I would like to thank everyone that helped make my stay so welcoming. Thank you

Very comfortable room nice quiet location lovely comfortable bed slept very well wonderful breakfast Plenty of choice but most of all fabulous welcome from the hosts annette and Geoff and the team will definately stay there again and recommend it to anyone wanting to visit the area thank you so much Pete & Ang

Extremely friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for us. Explained everything about amenities when we arrived and a lovely friendly welcome Food was plentiful, tasty and a good choice

Room was very warm but ok once we switched radiator off Surprised at the remoteness of the property initially and worried about taxis finding it but actually didn’t cause any problems

Staff went out of their way to ensure all was ok - my wife had an accident prior to our visit that impacted her mobility All the staff had time to help no matter what

Unable to adjust the heating in the room - I think it must have been on a timer and the controls were inaccessible 🥵

The host were warm caring and managed our every requirements. The location was tranquil and outstanding.

The quality of the food was excellent and I tried breakfast , lunch and evening meals.

The towel rail in the bathroom did not work so it was a bit cool in there in the morning. I would not consider this as a complaint, just a comment.
